Dedicated Nursing Care
Our skilled nursing team works continuously to ensure your loved one receives the daily care that encourages health and healing. From long-term care to short-term post-acute skilled nursing care when recovering from an illness or surgery, you can count on our health center.
At Signature Pointe, we accept direct admissions from the community and our health center is Medicare-certified. Best of all, you’ll pay no entrance or endowment fees—only a simple, all-inclusive monthly fee that covers your loved one’s accommodations, all nursing care and many lifestyle benefits.
Individualized Services
We understand that every resident is unique, so we offer around-the-clock individualized care
- Pain management services and restorative therapy services
- Assistance with bathing and grooming, plus dressing/undressing, morning and night
- Morning bed-making and evening turndown service, as well as meal and activity reminders
- Towel and bed linen service, personal laundry, and daily housekeeping
- Resident safety checks and 24-hour emergency response call system
Residents can also count on available physician services, including dental, podiatry, vision, audiology and psychiatry/psychology services when needed. Plus pharmacy services are offered
on-site.

Residents will enjoy all the basics—from three nutritious meals daily, great community amenities, and a personal residence with all utilities included (except phone and cable). But that’s just the beginning. Enriching activities can significantly improve quality of life. Each resident of Signature Pointe is invited to pursue special interests and engage in activities we have specifically designed to promote well-being and help maintain a sense of purpose, dignity and satisfaction every day.
